Meeting Unilever

We were approached by Unilever to help them create a conference for their leadership team that was memorable for all the right reasons. 

Creating the 
Event Brief.

Challenge

To bring an airfield hangar to life with creative production design to ignite the delegates excitement and bring the Unilever brands to life. 

Deliverables

By building a stage that literally put the brand front and centre and creating bespoke art pieces from the Unilever product range we maximised delegate engagement.

Deadline

Our creative concepts were rooted in being deliverable within the short timeframe available. 

Answering the Brief.

Strategy

Our brief was to rip up the bland conference landscape that had crept into Unilever conferences. By creating a festival like atmosphere for the audience we maximised the fun element of attending an event, trying where practical to minimise PowerPoint presentations and bring in delegate engagement.  

Planning

We maintain a shared event calendar that outlined key stages and milestones to ensure a seamless planning and execution process. This calendar includes crucial elements such as artworking deadlines, venue availability checks, set production schedules, and catering arrangements. 

Production

Our extensive team of creatives, designers, technical suppliers and producers work closely together to ensure the environment was a Full Sprctrum Storytelling playground for our clients content.
