Every year Heineken Global need a fresh approach, a new story, to articulate their complexed global strategy to their top leaders.

In 2008 our founder and creative director Simon Beresford was approached to design an event that would unite and galvanise plans for the ambitions of Heinekens global leadership team.
Simon created The Forum, which maintains its position as a key diary date for the leadership team to this day.
Creating the
Event Brief.
Challenge
To create an event that embodies the new brand direction of Heineken, seamlessly aligning with its vision while celebrating the collaboration between the company and its users.
Deliverables
We needed to ensure that all event elements aligned seamlessly at specific times and dates, including event catering, event production, print delivery, event filming, and speakers.
Deadlines
The timeline from our initial meeting to concept development and final delivery was tight, but we successfully created an incredible event that left everyone in awe.

Challenge
By working backward from key milestones and deadlines, each phase of the process was outlined to ensure a clear, strategic approach. This method allowed for the identification of critical dependencies, resource allocation, and potential risks, ensuring a smooth and efficient path to successful delivery.
Deliverables
We maintain a shared event calendar that outlined key stages and milestones to ensure a seamless planning and execution process. This calendar includes crucial elements such as artworking deadlines, venue availability checks, set production schedules, and catering arrangements.
Deadlines
Our team operates entirely in-house, with creatives, set builders, and producers working closely together. By not relying on contractors, we maintain full control over the process, ensuring everyone is aligned on the vision and delivery of each project.

We're incredibly proud of the amazing event we created and all that we accomplished. 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year, with lots of big things on the horizon! We've built a strong partnership with Heiniken for the year ahead.
