Docusign is a software company that allows users to sign documents electronically. Docusign also helps businesses manage agreements. Docusign meets and exceeds some of the strictest global security standards.

The Scenario

This year we were asked to provide a creative treatment for their two flagship events in London, incorporating the award winning new brand design into the full environment design and build, content design and delivery as well as online live streaming and video footage and post event content creation.

Challenge

To create an event that embodies the new brand direction of Docusign, seamlessly aligning with its vision while celebrating the collaboration between the company and its users.

Deliverables

We needed to ensure that all event elements aligned seamlessly at specific times and dates, including event catering, event production, print delivery, event filming, and speakers.

Deadline

The timeline from our initial meeting to concept development and final delivery was tight, but we successfully created an incredible event that left everyone in awe.
